Law, in other words, exists only through the question through which it interpellates itself. The reason is that law would not be possible, it would not even exist, without the question What is Law?. The question What is Law? has a profoundly different meaning for a jurist than the question What is Chemistry? for a chemist. (Translated by Angela Condello) - “As observed by Hart in the opening lines of The Concept of Law, «few questions concerning human society have been asked with such persistence and answered by serious thinkers in so many diverse, strange, and even paradoxical ways as the question 'What is law?'». Recommendations for future research and implications for inclusive education are discussed. Eight determinant and three intervention themes are presented. The article pool includes 21 determinant studies and 16 intervention studies. This review offers a synthesis of the research in the field, which includes determinant studies and intervention studies. The searching strategy resulted in 37 peer-reviewed journal articles. This article presents a systematic literature review (SLR) of current research (2012-2019) on students’ attitudes toward disability. This definition is an improvement, but begs the question: how do we help students to feel more of a part of their class? Ableist attitudes held by students without special education needs may be hindering inclusive ideals. Instead, definitions of inclusion have expanded to encompass feelings of belongingness. Most scholars now agree that inclusion is more than the placement of students with exceptionalities in a general education class. Inclusive education is a philosophy and practice that has been promoted internationally. Therefore, the role of parents and adults is very important in introducing literature to children. Without realizing it, humans live side by side with literature. Children must also accept literature and pass it on to the next generation. Literature for children exists so that children can express themselves as freely and as broadly as possible. Literature for children helps children in their development. Children cannot but coexist with literature. Therefore, the role of parents is important to help children get to know children's literature. In some examples of children's literature there are things that are inappropriate for children to accept, such as fairy tales with a romantic genre. Not all children's literature can be accepted by children. However, children need to get guidance from parents or adults in side by side with children's literature.
Children's literature is made for education and as a means for children to grow to know literature.
Imagination that emerges from children is summarized and researched into children's literature. Literature for children is made like children's views. There are many kinds of literature for children, namely fairy tales, folklore, children's songs, folklore, legends, and others. Literature can be enjoyed by all people, including children. Literature is very important for our life.
